The latest issue of “Bollettino di Clio”, entirely dedicated to Historical Demography, has been published at the link provided at the bottom of this page. In addition to numerous contributions from our members, the issue features an article by Gabriele Ruiu titled The Italian Society of Historical Demography (SIDeS): Between Tradition and Innovation in the Study of Past Populations. The article aims to assess the work of our Society from its foundation in 1977 to the present day, reflecting on the challenges and the crucial role of SIDeS in renewing historical demography.
